Yes! Trunker ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Retail Orders: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Wholesale Orders: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Larger volumes may require additional processing time, which will be communicated by your account manager.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Retail: We primarily ship via reliable courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) and select local postal services based on destination and cost efficiency.
Wholesale: Shipping methods (Air Freight, Sea Freight, or Express Courier) are determined by order volume, destination, and agreed-upon Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF). This will be confirmed in your wholesale agreement or proforma invoice.
3. Shipping Destinations
Retail: We ship to most countries worldwide.
Wholesale: We welcome international wholesale partners. Specific terms and available destinations will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Delivery Timeframes (Estimates Only)
Retail (Domestic): 3-7 business days after shipment.
Retail (International): 7-20 business days after shipment, subject to customs clearance.
Wholesale (Air Freight): 5-10 business days after departure.
Wholesale (Sea Freight): 20-40 business days after departure.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Trunker is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs
Retail: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable “Free Shipping” promotions will be clearly advertised.
Wholesale: Shipping costs are not included in product unit prices. Costs for freight, insurance, and customs clearance will be quoted separately based on the chosen shipping method and Incoterms.
6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
A Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to all wholesale orders. The standard MOQ is 500 units, which can be across multiple SKUs. Please contact us to discuss flexible options.
7. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided for all orders once fulfilled. For retail orders, this is sent via email. For wholesale orders, tracking and shipment documentation will be provided by your account manager.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Retail: International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the product or shipping cost paid to Trunker.
Wholesale: The responsibility for customs clearance, duties, and taxes is determined by the agreed-upon Incoterms in the wholesale contract.
9. Damage, Loss, or Incorrect Shipment
Claims: You must inspect packages upon delivery. For visible damage, note it with the carrier upon delivery.
Short/Lost Shipments: Report any shortages or lost shipments (via tracking) to Trunker support within 7 business days of delivery.
Incorrect Items: Report any incorrectly shipped items within 7 business days.
Resolution: Trunker will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include replacing items or filing an insurance claim. Please keep all original packaging for inspection.
10. Returns & Warranty Related Shipping
Returns for warranty claims or defects must be pre-authorized by our support team. Trunker will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Retail: Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Wholesale: Return shipping terms are outlined in the wholesale agreement.

Retail Customers: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt for full refund or store credit, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Wholesale Partners: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, in original sealed cases, and in resalable condition. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) still apply to replacement orders.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used products (unless defective)
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Special order/customized items (e.g., products with custom branding/logos)
Clearance or final sale items
Retail & Wholesale: Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damage/defect and packaging are required. Trunker will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
Retail: Contact support@trunker.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Wholesale: Contact your Trunker account manager or sales@trunker.com to initiate a return. An RMA and shipping instructions will be provided.
Retail: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Trunker error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Wholesale: Wholesale partners are responsible for return shipping costs. Trunker may cover shipping for replacements if the return is due to Trunker error.
Retail: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. Store credit is available upon request.
Wholesale: Refunds will be issued as credit toward future orders. Cash refunds are available only for defective/damaged items.
Retail: Exchanges are available for items of equal value. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to Trunker error.
Wholesale: Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet MOQ requirements.
Trunker products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims must be submitted to support@trunker.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns for wholesale orders.
